The three breeds we raise in Kinzers, Pennsylvania
We keep to three breeds rather than many, and to one or two litters at a time, because it lets us know every puppy properly before it goes home. All three are good family dogs. What differs is the energy, the coat, and what each one asks of you day to day — so here is the honest comparison.

English Bulldog
The calmest of the three and the most famously patient with children. Short walks suit them better than long ones, and the coat is easy. In return they need an owner who keeps up with wrinkle cleaning and takes the heat seriously — a flat-faced breed cannot cool itself the way other dogs can.
Miniature Goldendoodle
A Golden Retriever's friendliness in a smaller package, with a coat that sheds very little. The easiest of the three to train and the most naturally sociable. The trade-off is grooming, and company — this is not a dog that does well alone for long stretches.
Miniature Poodle
The brightest and longest-lived of the three, and the lightest shedder. Wonderful for anyone who enjoys teaching a dog. It needs clipping every 4 to 6 weeks and something to occupy its mind — a bored Poodle finds its own entertainment.
